Following the successful conclusion of the Chinese New Year holidays, we are proud to announce the dispatch of our first major order for 2026. A high-precision DN1400 Hot-mold, specifically engineered for large-diameter ductile iron pipe production, has been officially shipped to one of our key partners in Shandong Province.

Engineering Excellence for DI Pipe Production

The DN1400 Hot-mold is a critical material for centrifugal casting machines. Manufactured using premium 21CrMo10 alloy steel, this mold is designed to withstand extreme thermal fatigue and high-speed centrifugal spinning. Our proprietary heat-treatment process ensures superior hardness uniformity and a high strike rate, which are essential for maintaining the cost-efficiency of DI pipe manufacturing lines.

This first shipment marks the beginning of a busy year as we ramp up production to meet the growing demand for infrastructure project pipe casting tools.
